Hi I'm Louise, and I started Breathe Meditation because I believe that everyone can benefit from meditation. Science is now proving what we already know - meditation can change your lower your stress levels, improve your memory and emotional wellbeing. Our classes, one-on-one sessions, and corporate sessions are uniquely designed to help people break down the barriers to practicing meditation and make the benefits of this wonderful practice available to all.
